Formula for Success

Our formula is simple: spend time “out-in-the-trenches” understanding employee needs, obstacles to success, and how to integrate or re-integrate organizational objectives in a manner that is understood and supported by the employees on the “frontline” carrying out the mission of the organization.

Jennifer Mitchell Earley

Principal Consultant

Organizational change is vital for any organization that wants to survive and thrive. However, many leaders struggle to fully motivate and engage their employees in the process. This makes change virtually impossible since the results and outcomes of workplace changes are intrinsically and inextricably tied to individual employees doing their jobs differently; individual shifts in behavior are the cornerstone of change. As a change agent, Jennifer enjoys bridging the gap between employee engagement, performance, and business outcomes.

Jennifer Mitchell Earley is a transformational leader adept in building relationships, managing projects, designing training strategies, and coaching individuals and teams to success.

A veteran Public Official having served more than 15 years in elected office, she worked professionally and cooperatively at all levels to provide leadership and oversight, create policy, and enact legislation to cultivate strategic alliances with key stakeholders at federal, state, and local levels. In addition, Jennifer is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and a certified instructional designer and facilitator with 25 years of experience in instructional design and development, facilitation, evaluation, coaching, and project leadership.
